This product, as an acidity regulator, offers enhanced safety. It features fast

shrimp and fish. The final products are flavorful with a crisp and refreshing texture. For prepared meat
products, it enhances meat texture, firmness, and provides good elasticity and crispness.

Use as a 2.5%-4.0% solution for soaking, supplemented with 1%-1.5% salt.
