Natural Water-Retaining Agent L1
1.Application:
A natural water retaining agent that can be widely used in various meat products,
including but not limited to conditioned meat, braised meat, sausages, etc. Moderate
addition can improve the water retention of meat products, increase the yield of
meat products, and reduce costs.

White granulated sugar
Trehalose
Wheat fiber
Inulin
Konjac powder
Collagen powder
Salt

4.Property:

5.Usage:
It can be directly added in dry powder form or dissolved in water for use. It can be
injected or tumbled. Use the appropriate amount according to the product
requirements. The reference addition amount in meat products is 0.5% to 2%
