The Mis series are one of the emulsifying salts, a mixture of phosphates, For cheese ofwhich flavor, texture, body and color can be improved by making dispersion ofingredienrs in the cheese such as protein, fat and oil Moisture and so forth better. Thisimprovement comes from the ion exchange capacity, creaming effect and adjusted PHof mis series on the manufacture of cheese.

Ir is used used for the production of processed cheese in block intended to beAPPLICATIONgrated and used as a loping for pizza.
The recommended addition rate is appror 1.0-3.0% calculated on the rawmaterial to be processed.
