3. APPLICATION:

  •  One special chemical composition with fast solubility in cold water or brine, it is used in frozen shrimp and fish fillet treatment, to keep the best original juice, color and taste.
  • The best addition is 0.3%~0.5%, and P2O5 in final product should not much more than 0.5%.

4.HEALTH & SAFETY:
Our products meet the requirement of the current US FCC,EP and FAO/WHO food additives rules, with ISO, HACPP and Kosher supervision.

5.STORAGE:  Due to strong hygroscopic,seal tightly the package opened to keep in a cool and dry place.

6.SHELF-LIFE:  Within 2 years from the date of manufacturing.

7.PACKAGING:  25kg multi-walls PE lined paper bag.
