2.DESCRIPTION:
The Mis series are one of the emulsifying salts, a mixture of phosphates, For cheese ofwhich flavor, testure, body and color can be improved by making dispersion ofingredients in the cheese such as protein, fat and oil Moisture and so forth better. Thisimprovement comes from the ion exchange capacity, creaming effect and adjusted PHof mix series on the manufacture of cheese.

4.SPECIFIC PROPERTIES:

5.APPLICATION:
It is an alkaline buffer salt. It is an ideal tool for effective pH control inprocessed cheese production and is used to increase the level of thermal stabilityof milk protein
The recommended addition rate is approx 0.1-0.4% calculated on the rawmaterial to be processed.
