2.DESCRIPTION：
The Mix series are one of the emulsifying salts, a mixture of phosphates,For cheese of which flavor, texture,body and color can be improved by makingdispersion of ingredients in the cheese such as protein, fat and oil moisture and soforth better. This improvement comes from the ion exchange capacity, creaming effectand adjusted PH of Mix series on the manufacture of cheese.
