Properties: Sodium dihydrogen phosphate is a colorless crystal, a relative density of 1.915 g/cm3, a melting point of 57.4℃. Easily soluble in water, but not in organic solution.

Usage: 

In the food industry,  Sodium dihydrogen phosphate is used as a quality improver, buffering agent, emulsification agent, nutrition supplement, brine penetrable agent, sugar clarifier, stabilizer, coagulant, fowl scalding agent, antioxidant additive. Mainly applied to cheese, vegetable fat powder, beverages, drinks and jelly, and meat processing by mixing with other phosphates.

Packing: In PP+PE bags of 25kgs net each, we can provide packages according to the customer’s requirement.

Storage: At a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place.

Shelf life: 24 months.
